About

A Little History

DanLi Management specializes in Crime Stoppers Trust Fund grant management. While the company is new, its president, Lisa Haber, is far from a “rookie” when it comes to Crime Stoppers and the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund (CSTF) grant. Lisa Haber has been involved with Crime Stoppers since 1998, when she became the law enforcement coordinator for Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay. In the same year, she started managing the organization’s grant through the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund. In fact, Lisa has more years of experience managing CSTF grants than anyone currently in the state of Florida.

Lisa spent twenty-five years as a law enforcement deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in Tampa, FL, of which sixteen of those years was spent managing every aspect of the Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay program. In July 2014, Lisa officially retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and immediately took on the Executive Director position for Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay. Shortly thereafter, Lisa also became the CSTF grant manager for Crime Stoppers of Sarasota County. Lisa holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Saint Leo University.

In addition to her work for Crime Stoppers, Lisa is also one of the national trainers and senior support for the P3 Anonymous Reporting System. P3 is an anonymous tip management software program utilized by several Florida Crime Stoppers programs as well as other Crime Stoppers programs throughout the U.S. to include Central Indiana CS, Los Angeles Regional CS, St. Louis Regional CS, San Antonio CS, North Texas Crime Commission, Tri-Cities CS, Pueblo CS, Crime Stoppers USA, and others. As you can see, Lisa’s varied experiences with Crime Stoppers gives her very intimate knowledge of the program, its operation, and the management of the primary funding source for Florida’s Crime Stoppers programs – the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund.

In August of 2016, Lisa, established DanLi Management, and has been at the forefront of Crime Stoppers legislative issues. DanLi has assisted the Florida Association of Crime Stoppers in the passing of an amendment to Florida State Statute 16.555, which now gives Florida’s Crime Stoppers programs the legal authority to utilize CSTF monies to purchase promotional items for their organizations. DanLi also spearheaded the crafting and passing of the Florida Administrative Code concerning the management and administration of the Crime Stoppers Trust Fund, having represented all Florida Crime Stoppers programs at both rule workshops and hearings with the Office of the Attorney General. It is this intimidate knowledge of the Crime Stoppers mission, its legal limits and obligations, and its financial management that sets DanLi Management apart from other accounting and grant management firms. It is our hope to assist Florida Crime Stoppers programs in maximizing their grant funding ability, so that they may continue to create safer communities to live, work, and raise families in.
